Due to lack of knowledge Im unable to test it from functioning. The missing "bolts/screws" are not an "easy fix" - those are the ports for the water-level sight glass, a fairly complex assembly that is almost impossible to replace, and the engine is absolutely non-functional without those parts.
This engine is also missing the original burner, and is otherwise in very well-used. Since I dont know anything about this item I thought Id share what another had to say about this item.
