A German Doll et Cie live steam engine driven tinplate toy Cooper barrel maker

A German Doll et Cie tinplate steam engine dampfmaschine accessory in as found condition from many years ago. Stands approx 4.1/2 inches high by 4.3/4 inches wide by 4.3/4 inches deep.

It has an articulated man operating the hammer and guide and as he swings the hammer back and forth, he slowly works his way around the barrel. All driven by the hand crank pulley flywheel. Note the DC transfer to the base.
