We are listing today for your consideration a great Antique Original Ernst Plank Germany Hercules Vertical Metal Steam Engine. This engine is in Excellent Original Condition with slight surface wear, very slight loss to the original red paint. The wheel and all piece move and function correctly. We are by no means experts on these pieces, we did not test to see if it works, all appears to be there and it does look to be functional.
The top steam whistle valve arm moves 360 degrees with no problems it is rather loose when you move it, it is 100% secure and sound, the top steam chamber screw works fine, screws in and out with no problems. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition.
The steam engine measures 10 1/2" tall x 4 1/4" wide x 4 1/2" deep, the base is 3 5/8" x 3 5/8 and the engine weighs approximately 1lb 3oz. The piece has it's original EP Germany tag along with the Hercules Tag. Wonderful original black and red paint.
