Looks possibly machinist made and well at that. It has a brass boiler and other cast iron and steel pieces. Unusual looking on the wooden base. No name on it we can see. It moves very freely but not tested.The flywheel is very heavy for the size of the engine. Looks like it has been balanced. Base measures 9 1/8" in length by 4 7/8" wide at the widest point by 7 1/2 high. We would be happy to provide additional pictures upon request.
