Engine model art deco communist steam engine combustion engine USSR VERY RARE
Hi, this is a very rare and hard to find , super realistic model of wankel rotary engine with movable parts all mounted on bakelite base from the communist era. This unique model was given to my father (a former teacher) as a compensation to non paid salaries when his school was closed do to economic restrictions. It had been manufactured about 1950 -1960. Looks amazing it's perfect for decoration , its a pleasure to touch something in which have been. Maximal dimensions: 11,5 inches high x 11 inches wide.
Base : about 8 inches x 5 inches. Back flywheel diameter : about 4,4 inches. It will be a great addiction to any collection, it looks just fantastic (I had some plans to add low rpm electric motor or just a sawing machine motor and lightning but never found time for this) Also its just perfect for decoration! The model needs cleaning as I see and it has some scratches and paint loss and traces of dust.
