1912 Horizontal Steam Engine #130/541. Dynamo Plant with Electric Light. This is a really interesting ca. 1912 horizontal steam #130/541 Dynamo plant with electric lights on wood plinth and with hand painted and lithographed detail steam toy that was manufactured by. This beautiful Bing engine comes with a 2-wick burner and is in original condition. The water gauge is intact, tank filler cap is there, it has pivoting handles, and piston switches that work up and down. We did not try to run it; however, it looks ready for action after a proper inspection.
This engine is quite a desirable one because of the multi-colored tiled base. It is nailed onto a wooden plinth and sets off the toy with a beautiful backdrop. Large Capacity with fine blue oxidized brass boiler, fixed cylinder, with tubular slide valve.
Dynamo (can be disconnected), 1 electric lamp (4 volt) on nickelled stand, switch and 2 pole clamps, so that current can be used for other purposes, mounted o fine wooden base, with coloured metal plate (imitation tiles). Capacity of Dynamo 4 Volt, 0,25 Amperes.
