Horizontal Steam Engine Bing 130/383. For sale is this steam engine from the German company Bing and is in need of restoration.
Model no 130/383 with valve control. It is the largest out of the 3 available models (130s) The engine is fitted with valve control and runs perfectly. It is only for someone with the knowledge of restoring steam engines as you will need a lathe to make basic small parts. The most important parts are all included.This engine with this particular valve control is one of the most interesting to watch and is only on these models (130s). The chimney has a water tank that needs to be connected to the feeder pump and then to the boiler.
When running the water tank is heated before going into the boiler. The boiler is in very good condition with no dents. The last picture shows the engine in original condition.
