Large vintage Carette Live steam engine vertical type early 1900s to restore
Turn of the century early 1900s carette of germany live steam engine , this is attic fresh i have only cleaned the dust off toy make it a little more presentable , still has all those years of patina and grime untouched for years its missing a few parts but retains many others , this would have been top of the range at the time 33 x 16 x 37 cms tall , it has the original burner which is nice to see , No chimney missing some pipes , the glass water tube , small wooden handles for the valves , the governor arms and it looks like it would have had a feed pump which is missing most of the bits are very simple to find or make and this would be a easy restoration , theres lots of original paint , the boiler still has the original japaned finish how often do you see one like this?
