Large vintage German-made Bing vertical model steam engine Dampfmaschine. Model 130/115 and made in the 1910s or 1920s in Nuremberg. Second largest in this model line. Often referred to as the "Dick-kopf" or "Thick Head" model.
Approx measurements: height 46 cm, boiler diameter 10 cm, flywheel diameter 12 cm. Cast iron base makes this engine steady at all speeds.
Complete, original and in excellent condition. Paint on base has crackled with age but is well affixed and not flaking off. Pin stripping on the flywheel is in good condition.
