This is a vintage, Jensen Mod 65 steam engine. These are rugged well built engines. This is a double acting reversible engine with a working governor. It also has a throttle control. This one is in good.I tested it and it ran great. The original safety valve and original whistle work fine too. It has new burner tray with it as well (used once for test). It also has a shop made smoke stack. I also put a new drive band on the governor. I included a 250ml/8 oz. I also included a bag of hexamine fuel and a bottle of steam engine oil.
I was able to acquire a copy of the operating instructions and some other info. I put this in the box as well. This is a nice mid-sized engine. It is mounted on a hand crafted Florida Cypress plague. It is mounted with Stainless steel screws. The plaque has a crown. Please view all the pictures. What you see is what you get. In order to expedite your order I go to the post office as soon as it opens. Since they are pre-packed, I cannot combine engines. I can combine small accessories.
