IT DOES HAVE SOME COMPRESSION WHEN TURNED BY HAND BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH. NO FURTHER TESTING WAS DONE. SHOWS A REPAIRED CRACK ON BOTTOM FRAME (picture 7-9). MAY HAVE OTHER REPAIR AS WELL.
