Vintage Wilesco West Germany Metal Steam Engine Roller Old Smoky. Here is an old toy I've had for 35+ years.
Time to find it a new home. It is missing a green smoke stack from the front.
I've never had it, didn't even know what is was suppose to look like until now. I did start this up (35 years ago), things still move and work, steering wheel still steers. Pistons work when you turn the wheel.There is a rivet missing from the top support and some paint loss at that spot on the roof. It's about 12" long, 6" thick and 7 1/2 tall.
I think it's in pretty good condition, there is some corrosion near the heating chamber, but nothing broken. Paint is in good condition but a little peelie on bottom by heating pan. Still a nice toy, I just might miss this one for a bit. My pictures are part of the description.
