Horizontal Jenson 76 live steam engine
This is a vintage, Horizontal Jenson 76 live steam engine. This engine is in great operational condition and in very good cosmetic condition as well. I tested this engine and it ran great, the original safety valve works fine.
It did not have a whistle with it when I acquired it and I do not have any that fit. They are readily available on the web. I made a new smoke stack for it. I also cleaned and resealed the site glass. To get you started I tossed in a bag of hexamine fuel, a new 250ml/8 oz. Incremented fill bottle and a bottle of steam cylinder oil. I put a new Jensen burner tray with it too. It is mounted on a hand crafted Florida Cyprus plague.I used existing holes to mount it with stainless steel screws. Please view all the pictures.
What you see is what you get. In order to expedite your order I go to the post office as soon as it opens. Since they are pre-packed, I cannot combine engines. I can combine small accessories.
