This item has a break in the front "bumper" which was repaired with super glue. It is also missing half of the right side barrel on the front end of the locomotive. The only issues I noticed are on the front end. They are cosmetic and do not in any way hinder this smooth running locomotive.
To my knowledge it has not been run other than to test it. I've tried to compensate for these issues in the pricing.
