It looks to be in very good condition and possibly never used, but can't say for sure. The one package was opened when I got it and the other one remains unopened. The box is in ok shape.
The color and graphics look good. The main issue is the staples pulled through the cardboard on 2 of the corners of the box so that needs repaired. The box doesn't hold itself together all the way. Couple creases in the box and some small water spots. The paint and everything looks great on the toy itself.
