Weeden 4B vertical boiler in good condition. Engine on top fits in square recess. Cylinder, rods, crank in good order. Governor is there, flywheel a bit crooked due to broken spoke or 2.
Whistle and throttle screw in good condition. Safety valve in good shape with replacement weight. Sight glass needs sealing or gaskets. Boiler slightly dented but no visible leaks. Steel base in good condition.
