This is a Vintage WILESCO D-16 Horizontal Live steam Engine Toy. Overall it measures 9 3/4" x 12" x 7 high.
The Bottom is Stamped in Ink "Made in Western Germany". It is Missing the Condensate Drip Pan and the Smoke Stack, see photos. It is in Working Order. Thanks for checking this and my other listings.
