It is complete and functioning. The base measures 10" wide by 7" deep. The boiler is 11 tall. I'm sure it would clean up and shine!

The original paint looks great. It is in excellent condition with an old repair on the top seam of the boiler and that's it. A nice addition to your collection--in COLLECTOR'S condition. If you have any questions, please contact me. Always check the photos carefully--they are the best gauge of condition.
